I don't know what to call this version, really, heh. But it's really pretty! It's the theme from Ib (game).

HALYOSY!! Though his voice is kinda weak/soft here... but 杏ノ助 has a nice strong voice!
And she's the one who covered that really epic version of senbonzakura!!  This explains why this kinda style!
